Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
